Project Manager

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through delivery. The role requires overseeing scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status, updates, and key decisions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or a relevant scope of work.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.
