Project Manager – Large‑Scale Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large‑scale, technically complex construction project in Qatar. The role offers high visibility and the chance to work in an international environment, overseeing multiple work orders from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical and operational responsibility for all awarded work orders.
• Maintain full financial and technical accountability for assigned work orders.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Works Managers for each work order.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, welfare and quality policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control technical and financial progress, proposing and planning required resources.
• Support tendering and bidding processes and act as the main client contact for daily site follow‑up.
• Oversee permit processing, subcontractor and supplier negotiations, and design coordination.
• Assist in preparation of project documentation such as permits, inspection requests, BOQ, ITP, method statements and as‑built drawings.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with manufacturers and suppliers and monitor project KPIs.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing projects of at least QAR 150 million.
• Professional fluency in English.
