Project Manager (Media & Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of editorial, creative and marketing initiatives. You will keep multiple workstreams on schedule, on budget and to quality standards while serving as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle – from scoping and planning to resourcing, budgeting and delivery.
• Coordinate activities across editorial, design, video and performance‑marketing teams.
• Run status calls, manage client expectations and handle scope changes diplomatically.
• Build and maintain project plans, trackers and weekly status reports.
• Identify risks early, resolve bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage vendors, freelancers and production partners.
• Support new‑business efforts with proposals, timelines and cost estimates.
• Lead post‑project reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project‑management experience, preferably in media, advertising, publishing or a creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder and client‑management skills, able to say no diplomatically.
• Commercial awareness of budgets, margins and resource utilisation.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira or Click Up.
• Knowledge of digital‑marketing delivery (paid media, content production, web builds) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous.
