Project Manager – MRO (Technical Business Systems)

About the role

As a Project Manager in the MRO Technical Division, you will drive the improvement and implementation of technical business systems that support maintenance, repair and operations. You will work closely with MRO Technical Business Systems and Operations teams to deliver strategic product lifecycle projects that enhance operational efficiency, compliance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Align project initiatives with department strategy, proposing innovative products and services that address fleet complexity and digital M&E technologies.
• Prioritise and execute the work programme, balancing compliance, cost and operational efficiency.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of the Technical MRO System, overseeing functional enhancements, upgrades and new product roll‑outs.
• Drive process‑engineering initiatives from ideation through to KPI‑based execution.
• Collaborate with line management and stakeholders to redesign processes, develop support tools and deliver project‑level implementation support.
• Introduce new MRO technologies to improve turnaround time, cost‑effectiveness and alignment with business strategies.
• Manage functional improvements and business‑process re‑engineering to achieve automation and operational efficiency across departments.
• Serve as the single point of contact for system enhancements, dashboard creation and functional support.
• Establish a continuous support framework for fault resolution, service requests and training.
• Review functional requirements and system modifications to ensure audit controls, compliance and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex MRO or technical systems projects.
• Strong understanding of maintenance, repair and operations processes and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of domain specialists.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering cost‑optimisation and efficiency improvements.
