Project Sales Executive

About the role

ALPRINCE TRADING AND PROJECTS is seeking a Project Sales Executive to join its Doha office. You will be responsible for driving new project sales, nurturing client relationships, and guiding opportunities from initial contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities in the Qatar market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are correctly captured.
• Negotiate terms and follow up on client inquiries.
• Monitor market trends and maintain up‑to‑date sales reports.
• Support project delivery by aligning client expectations with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales, business development or a similar client‑facing role within trading, construction or related industries.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to understand technical or project requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent written and verbal English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Doha and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the Middle East market is advantageous.

• Proficiency with standard office and productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software – e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
