Public Relations & Marketing Specialist

About the role

Avey, a deep‑tech AI company transforming healthcare, is seeking a Public Relations & Marketing Specialist. You will shape the company’s public image, craft compelling brand stories, and drive data‑focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow Avey’s public image by building relationships with media, event organizers, academic institutions and business partners.
• Design and execute integrated PR and marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s mission.
• Create on‑brand content for press releases, articles, speeches, social media and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities and consumer insights.
• Develop multi‑channel campaigns using the latest industry technologies and manage media plans with a focus on digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce high‑converting visual assets for online and offline initiatives.
• Manage Avey’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok and Snapchat, tailoring content to each platform.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance to optimise engagement and conversion.
• Represent Avey at conferences, conventions and public events to increase brand visibility and forge partnerships.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic record (honours, scholarships, Dean’s List or top‑class rankings preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, marketing or a related field, ideally within the health‑tech sector.
• Strong business acumen and ability to adapt quickly to the fast‑moving healthcare and technology environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Experience in media planning and digital campaign management.
• Content creation for press releases, articles, speeches and social media.
