About the role
The company is looking for a qualified Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government‑related transactions and act as the main liaison with official authorities. This position ensures that the organization remains compliant with local regulations while supporting employee administrative needs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and process visas, residency permits, and labor cards for employees.
- Liaise with government authorities and official departments on behalf of the company.
- Monitor renewal dates and ensure timely renewal of company licenses and permits.
- Stay updated on changes to regulations and government procedures.
- Provide administrative support related to employee affairs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar role within Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of local government procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
