Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Retail & Supermarket

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our supermarket and retail operations in Qatar. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, ensuring all regulatory and employee‑related procedures are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all government‑related procedures and company documentation.
• Process employment visas, QID renewals, labor cards, and other official requirements.
• Coordinate with immigration, labor offices, municipalities, and other government departments.
• Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and legal documents.
• Maintain organized employee records and company documentation.
• Support HR and administration teams with staff‑related processes.
• Prepare official letters, applications, and government submissions as needed.
• Monitor updates to Qatar labor laws and government procedures.
• Assist management with administrative coordination and external communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in Qatar.
• Valid QID and transferable NOC.
• Good understanding of Qatar labor and immigration procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
