QA Engineer – Digital Platforms & Travel Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Technology & Digital Solutions team. You will ensure the quality, stability, performance, and reliability of our web, mobile, and booking platforms, supporting seamless customer experiences across travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end functional testing for web, mobile, API and booking applications.
• Validate business workflows for flights, hotels, transfers, activities, insurance and related services.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases and scenarios; execute regression, smoke, sanity, integration and UAT.
• Identify, document and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Conduct API testing with Postman or Swagger and automate critical business workflows.
• Validate third‑party integrations, payment gateways and booking transactions.
• Run performance and load tests to verify scalability and reliability.
• Test across multiple browsers, devices and operating systems; verify security controls.
• Support release validation, deployment testing and post‑release verification.
• Prepare QA reports, testing documentation and release sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong manual testing expertise and familiarity with the full QA lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Background in travel, tourism, OTA, airline, hospitality or booking platforms is a plus.
