QA & Technical Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a QA & Technical Documentation Specialist to ensure the highest software quality while creating clear, user‑friendly documentation. You will work closely with development teams to validate requirements, execute test plans, and produce comprehensive manuals and process guides.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Document test results, provide observations, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with developers for bug verification, regression testing, and fix validation.
• Prepare proof of testing (POT) and maintain up‑to‑date user manuals and system documentation.
• Manage testing efforts across multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Mentor associate QA engineers and provide training assistance.
• Report daily status to management and work with teams to enhance system usability and UX.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, testing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking basics.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Selenium or Playwright for automated testing.
• xUnit, Karma, Jasmine testing frameworks.
• Experience with web‑based and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and the software development lifecycle.
• Bug tracking tools such as Jira.
