Quality Manager

About the role

InterContinental Doha is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the hotel’s quality agenda. You will ensure that IHG and InterContinental brand standards, service expectations, and operational procedures are consistently understood, implemented, and sustained across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support the end‑to‑end guest journey, aligning it with the brand’s luxury service philosophy and certifications.
• Evaluate every guest touchpoint across all departments to guarantee seamless, personalized service.
• Embed a culture of quality and service excellence through visible leadership and hands‑on operational presence.
• Analyze Guest Love scores, Guest Satisfaction Index results, and other feedback platforms to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with department heads to develop clear, actionable improvement plans aligned with hotel metrics.
• Plan and conduct regular internal quality audits, service evaluations, and compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Previous experience in quality, guest experience, operations, or rooms/hotel management, preferably in a luxury or international hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, service excellence, and quality‑assurance principles.
• Experience working with hotel quality programs, brand standards, audits, or inspection processes.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret guest feedback and operational data.
