Recreation Experience Expert

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert serves as the primary resource for all guest recreation activities at the Ritz‑Carlton Doha. You will inform guests about facilities such as pools, beach, fitness center, entertainment zone and children’s activities, while creating a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on all recreation facilities and promote their use.
• Encourage, register and schedule guests for activities, including private group events.
• Maintain safety by enforcing rules, monitoring activities and responding to emergencies.
• Deliver cashier services and process point‑of‑sale transactions for rentals and retail sales.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents.
• Clean, inspect and maintain recreation equipment and spaces.
• Support guests with disabilities and ensure inclusive service.
• Uphold company policies, uniform standards and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to operate recreation equipment safely.
• Any additional certifications required by local authorities.
