Registered Nurse – Full-time, On-site in Doha

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves delivering direct patient care, from assessment through to evaluation, in a culturally sensitive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions according to clinical standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to infection‑control, safety and quality protocols and participate in improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license/registration recognized in Qatar (or eligible for recognition).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Clinical experience in hospital, clinic or community settings; experience in Qatar or the Gulf region is an advantage.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays and commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (optional).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (optional).
• Proficiency with nursing equipment and technology for medication administration and patient monitoring.
