Registered Nurse – Lusail City

About the role

PHI MEDCARE, a private medical centre in Lusail City, Qatar, is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care across its specialised services, including single‑day surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology and ENT.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor and record patients’ conditions, and administer medications safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures and surgeries.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for various clinical areas.
• Educate patients and their families about treatments, post‑procedure care and medication usage.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations and internal protocols.

Required profile

• Valid nursing licence in Qatar or eligibility to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing (or equivalent).
• Strong clinical background with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning and medication administration.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in plastic surgery, dermatology, ENT or single‑day surgery.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and critical‑thinking abilities.
