About the role
Join the Communications Centre team at Andaz Doha, where you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the centre within the Rooms Division. You will support operators and ordertakers while delivering the brand promise of delivering Moments of More.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Communications Centre, supporting operators and ordertakers.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of front office/reservation/communication centre experience in an upscale or luxury hotel.
- Excellent verbal English skills and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Opera.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems such as Reserve.
