Reservations Agent (Arabic Speaker)

About the role
Kempinski is looking for a Reservations Agent in Doha, Qatar. The agent's main goal is to handle as many reservation requests as possible while meeting Kempinski reservation standards and keeping client satisfaction high. The position is permanent and full time.
Key responsibilities
- Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance by segment and source, system close-outs when needed and rate availability
- Ensure clients' satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards
- Follow internal credit policy
- Follow up on lost business and share information with department superiors
- Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals
- Test calls LQA / IFH results above 85%
- Follow the internal up-sell programme for the Reservations department
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Required profile
- Knowledge of either Fidelio V6 or Opera PMS is imperative
- Excellent oral and written English; an additional language is an advantage
- Ability to investigate systems malfunctions or user-input errors
- Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm
