About the role
The Reservations Coordinator will work on‑site in Doha, handling day‑to‑day reservation activities for Katara Limousine’s premium fleet. You will ensure smooth booking processes and deliver high‑quality customer service from the first contact to the end of the journey.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservations using the company’s booking system.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to confirm details and answer queries.
- Provide top‑tier customer service throughout the booking lifecycle.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, transportation, or travel services.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reservation or booking systems.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
