Restaurant Captain – Guest Experience Leader

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Captain to lead the restaurant service team in Doha. You will ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team to maintain consistent service quality.
• Provide friendly, attentive table service when needed.
• Guide guests on food and beverage selections to enhance their experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, setup, and ambiance.
• Address guest requests, resolve concerns, and handle escalated issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and motivate service staff to uphold standards.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hotel guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, stock control, and daily operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of similar restaurant service experience.
• Good understanding of food & beverage offerings and service flow.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Well‑groomed, polite, and team‑oriented.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
