About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of our dining venue in Doha, Qatar. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise, coach and schedule restaurant staff, fostering a high‑performing team.
- Manage the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety, health and beverage regulations.
- Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints and continuously improve service quality.
- Monitor inventory, control costs and support financial performance of the outlet.
Required profile
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a closely related hospitality role.
- Strong background in hiring, team development and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage standards and operational best practices.
- Organizational and leadership abilities to manage a dynamic restaurant environment.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
