Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas in West Bay, Doha. This role ensures high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while leading a diverse team of front‑of‑house staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day restaurant activities, including staffing, scheduling, and guest service.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across all service areas.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and cost management to meet financial targets.
• Provide hands‑on support to servers and hosts during peak periods.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food handling regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of service and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
