Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas in West Bay, Doha. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across dining, bar and room‑service outlets.
• Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals.
• Lead the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a culture of trust, integrity and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation and liquor‑law regulations.
• Monitor and enhance customer service to increase satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement coaching plans for staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and lead a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards, food‑handling procedures and local liquor laws.
