Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead the performance and daily operations of the company’s retail outlets and showrooms. This senior position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining profitability while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all retail stores and showrooms.
• Drive sales performance and achieve defined revenue targets.
• Develop and execute retail growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and control.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead, train and motivate retail sales teams across multiple locations.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 8–10 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years managing multiple stores or showrooms.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication abilities.
• Experience with inventory management and retail operations.
• Preferred experience in GCC retail markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with retail ERP systems.
• Experience using POS systems.
