Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain store merchandising, visual presentation, and stock layout according to standards.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers, and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, SOPs, and store security procedures.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong product knowledge of the brand’s apparel lines.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail to minimize stock loss and ensure accurate cash handling.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Cash handling and basic accounting of tills.
