About the role
We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst (Robotic Process Automation) to drive automation across banking operations. You will manage the full RPA lifecycle, from development through production support, and work closely with business teams to turn automation ideas into reliable, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business teams and assess automation feasibility.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize RPA processes, owning the complete software development lifecycle.
- Integrate new business requirements into existing production processes.
- Provide production support and resolve bugs for deployed automations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking domain.
- Proven experience in RPA development and production support.
