About the role
The Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment. You will engage customers with enthusiasm, maintain a clean and inviting store, and support operational tasks as directed by management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a sparkling clean and organized store, adhering to visual presentation standards.
- Greet customers promptly, provide product information, and thank them on exit.
- Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers.
- Operate the cash wrap efficiently, handle gift cards, and keep the area tidy.
- Capture customer data in the database for relationship management.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours.
