Sales Assistant / Sales Executive – Fashion Retail

About the role

Sacoor Brothers, an international lifestyle brand founded in 1989 that sells menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, footwear and accessories, is looking for a friendly, confident Sales Assistant / Sales Executive to join its store team in Doha. The role is the face of the brand on the shop floor, helping customers find the look that suits them.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every customer warmly and give them personal, genuine service
• Listen carefully to understand what each customer needs and guide them toward the right products
• Work toward daily and monthly sales targets
• Keep the store neat, well-stocked and well presented
• Handle payments, exchanges and returns accurately and with care
• Build relationships with customers so they become regulars

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in fashion
• Good English; Arabic is a big plus, other languages even better
• Warm, positive and good with people from all backgrounds
• Proud of how you present yourself and the work you do
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Currently based in Qatar (a strong plus)
