About the role
The Sales Associate represents the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
- Promote the loyalty program and convert browsers into buyers.
- Maintain attractive product displays following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Accurately record inventory movements and manage stock on the sales floor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and balance the cash till.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and ensure store security.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to maximize sales opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and flexible availability for peak periods.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is advantageous.
