Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets in a Majid Al Futtaim retail environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for shoppers, understanding their needs and providing product expertise to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets using creative selling techniques.
• Upsell and cross‑sell by leveraging thorough product knowledge.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and stock replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Escalate customer concerns promptly to the Store Manager when necessary.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent English.
