About the role
The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor of a Majid Al Futtaim retail store, delivering excellent customer service while driving sales. You will act as the brand ambassador, ensuring every customer enjoys a great shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Champion customer‑service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets using creative selling techniques.
- Maintain store standards – cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Support security policies to minimise stock loss.
- Upsell and cross‑sell across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- 1‑2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Fluent English.
