Sales Executive (Hotel)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue for our hotel. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while creating innovative solutions for guests and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility for the hotel through direct sales activities, including face‑to‑face meetings and telephone outreach.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned portfolio, targeting managerial and departmental executives across all account levels.
• Implement sales objectives and action plans to exceed targets and maximize productivity.
• Generate and manage transient, group, and meeting business, adhering to selling strategies and up‑selling opportunities.
• Develop corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence.
• Provide market feedback on competition, trends, and changing conditions.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate experience in a similar sales role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Independent, innovative, and able to promote the brand consistently.
