Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive room, banquet and catering revenue for a hotel in Doha, targeting corporate, leisure and MICE segments. The role combines proactive prospecting, client relationship management and coordination with internal departments to secure bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell hotel rooms, meeting spaces and food & beverage packages to corporate clients, local businesses, travel agencies and event planners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, networking events and competitor research.
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients.
• Manage a portfolio of local accounts, maintaining regular contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare RFP responses, contracts and pro‑forma invoices aligned with pricing strategies.
• Liaise with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office and Banquets/Catering teams to ensure smooth execution of group arrivals and events.
• Keep the hotel CRM system (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce) updated with accurate client data, activity logs and monthly production reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office, reservations or sales coordination, preferably within the Qatar market.
• Proven ability to meet room‑night and revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.
