Sales Executive

About the role

The iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue across rooms, meetings, conferences and F&B. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage key accounts, generate new business and ensure the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate events from planning to execution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients through face‑to‑face visits, calls and written communication.
• Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets across all hotel revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in meetings & events, sales, banquet operations or event management within hospitality.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel PMS and sales/catering platforms such as Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent or Passk.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and client‑relationship skills.
