Sales Manager (Campaign)

About the role

MetLife is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to act as the single point of contact between partners and the company. You will lead end‑to‑end campaign management, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure seamless operations across bank call centers in the Gulf and EMEA regions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and monitor sales campaigns, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Manage vendor and client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with MetLife standards.
• Oversee daily operations of direct‑mail campaigns, generate reports, and resolve escalations from agents, team leads, and customers.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for call‑center agents and conduct random call monitoring to improve quality.
• Maintain escalation metrics, meet turnaround times, and drive continuous improvement in sales and service efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with partners, the Gulf & EMEA teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
• Engage with Salesforce for campaign tracking and support sales contests and training initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in insurance or banking, with a strong background in campaign and sales management.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, negotiate with partners, and manage P&L responsibilities.
• Graduate or post‑graduate education.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and customer‑centric focus.
