Sales Officer – Cash Management & Corporate Cards

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive Cash Management and Corporate Card solutions for corporate clients. The role focuses on building and expanding strategic relationships, generating new business, and delivering revenue targets within the banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑term relationships with corporate customers and support their decision‑making by identifying suitable solutions.
• Develop a target pipeline and actively market to new profitable customers in identified sectors.
• Maintain regular contact and visits with key corporate accounts, ensuring an effective call program.
• Grow the Corporate Card portfolio while keeping delinquency low and cross‑sell Cash Management products.
• Leverage relationships to achieve targeted spend levels.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) requirements.
• Stay updated on product offerings and competitor activity.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.
• Resolve complaints promptly and meet sales/revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of front‑line/field sales experience in premium financial services.
• Degree in management, marketing, communication or a related field.
• Experience as a relationship manager or in customer service.
• Proven track‑record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and engage customers across phone, email and face‑to‑face.
