Sales Representative – B2B & Distribution

About the role

Dolphin Group, a leading Qatari conglomerate, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive B2B sales and manage distribution channels across pharmacies, medical centres, clinics, beauty salons and hypermarkets in Doha. The role involves full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to negotiation and deal closure—while also planning territory coverage and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, negotiations and closing deals.
• Manage and expand distribution networks with dealers, distributors and retail partners such as pharmacies, medical centres, clinics, VIP beauty salons and selected hypermarkets.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent lead tracking and conversion.
• Perform territory mapping, sales forecasting and execute route‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Preferred age bracket: 35‑45 years.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales and distribution management.
