SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

An SAP SuccessFactors PMGM consultant is needed in Qatar, working on performance management and goal management implementations. The position is in person and requires strong Arabic and English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation, configuration, enhancements and optimization
• Run requirement-gathering workshops and turn business needs into functional solutions
• Configure and maintain Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, Rating Scales, workflows and Role-Based Permissions
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical and integration teams
• Support system, integration, regression and UAT testing, and deployment, cutover and go-live
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to business users, key users and support teams
• Recommend improvements and SAP best practices for performance management

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors PMGM consultant
• Minimum 3 full end-to-end PMGM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
• Strong Arabic and good professional English
• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is mandatory

Required skills

• Requirements gathering, business analysis and UAT, data migration, integration testing and troubleshooting
• Preferred: understanding of the integration between PMGM, Employee Central and Learning
