Scaffolding Foreman – Offshore Projects

About the role

Saipem is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to lead scaffold operations on various offshore projects across the Gulf region. You will coordinate a team of scaffold workers, ensure safety compliance, and support the delivery of complex energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and control the work of the scaffold team based on assigned activities.
• Distribute equipment and materials to enable the team to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all personnel strictly observe applicable safety standards and project quality requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors from other disciplines to understand scaffold requirements and give clear instructions.
• Monitor team performance, report difficulties, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Organise and verify that all means and equipment comply with relevant provisions.
• Liaise with works supervisors to optimise use of scaffolding materials and personnel.

Required profile

• Previous offshore Scaffolding Foreman experience.
• Experience with offshore hook‑up activities is beneficial.
• Valid offshore certificates.
• Availability to work in the Middle East.
