School Director

About the role

The School Director leads the school community, ensuring full implementation of the proprietary SABIS® Educational System while driving enrolment, academic excellence, and operational efficiency across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Foster an environment that supports the complete adoption of the SABIS® Educational System™.
• Uphold SABIS® principles and values at all times.
• Provide direction and manage staff in the performance of their assigned tasks.
• Maintain the school’s image to the highest SABIS® standards.
• Resolve concerns among employees, parents, and students to ensure a professional working environment.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee staff recruitment in coordination with SABIS® management.
• Monitor employee leave requests and conduct to ensure smooth school operations.
• Conduct classroom observations, performance evaluations, and staff professional development.
• Manage academic issues using SABIS® software tools and develop corrective action plans.
• Supervise classroom management, discipline matters, and the Student Life Organization®.
• Advise students on civic, ethical, and moral values.
• Ensure required resources are available for all projects and tasks.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a school staff team.

• Experience in handling employee, parent, and student relations.
• Capability to develop and execute performance improvement and strategic plans.
