School Mandoub – Visa & Government Services Coordinator

About the role

The School Mandoub is responsible for handling all government‑related paperwork and approvals for the organization while supporting day‑to‑day office operations. The role ensures that employee visas, labor permits and other regulatory documents are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track applications for visit visas, employment/residence visas, car registrations, trade licences, labour permits and other government services.
• Proactively manage renewal of employment visas and labour permits, including notifying staff of upcoming expirations.
• Assist employees and their dependents with visa renewals, medical checks and required documentation.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of passports and residence visas, scanning documents and updating records as details change.
• Manage visa checklists and ensure compliance with changing visa and labour regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a driver preferred.
• Valid Qatar driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Basic proficiency in Arabic and English.
