Seasonal Barista – Guest Service & Coffee Preparation

About the role

The Seasonal Barista position at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North involves preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent guest service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas and smoothies.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders and brewers, ensuring consistency by following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar, workstations and seating areas, and restock beans, syrups, milk and other supplies.
• Greet guests professionally, provide menu recommendations and answer questions.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience preferred, with knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
• Strong guest service and communication skills, punctual, reliable and a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple orders, stand for long periods and lift milk jugs or coffee bean bags.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
