About the role
The Security Technologies Services Manager will provide first‑ and second‑line support for information security solutions across QNB. This role ensures that security technologies are effectively maintained, incidents are resolved promptly, and end‑users receive expert assistance to protect the bank from cyber threats.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for key security products and technologies.
- Maintain and monitor security solutions, including firewalls and GIS‑based security tools.
- Handle end‑user escalations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Review and approve change requests affecting security controls, such as firewall modifications.
- Support operational processes for incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote cost efficiency, KPI implementation, and best practices.
- Provide accurate data to auditors, compliance teams, and financial control units.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of information security concepts and technologies.
- Experience in delivering technical support for security solutions.
- Ability to work under defined KPIs and adhere to service management standards.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
