About the role

Join a leading British International School in Doha as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher. You will support students with diverse learning needs, helping them access and thrive within the British curriculum while experiencing life in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual SEN requirements.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and specialist staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Implement assessment strategies and maintain accurate records of student development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Education with additional training or certification in Special Educational Needs.
• Previous experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in a school setting.
• Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum and ability to adapt lessons accordingly.
• Strong empathy, patience, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SEN assessment tools and intervention strategies.
