Senior Account Director (Bilingual Arabic/English)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Arabic‑English bilingual professional to serve as the strategic and operational bridge for high‑value clients in Dubai and the wider MENA region. The role combines client leadership, onboarding excellence, and performance‑driven account management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key Dubai clients, providing clear, confident communication and strategic direction.
• Own and continuously improve the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
• Maintain quality control across delivery pods, guaranteeing adherence to SLAs, timelines, and standards while proactively mitigating risks.
• Lead cross‑functional sprint cycles, defining, prioritising, and delivering tasks on schedule.
• Monitor account performance, implement strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Translate client insights into internal best‑practice improvements and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing role within a digital agency.
• Demonstrated success managing high‑value or international clients in the Dubai/MENA market.
• Strong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and client delivery models.
• Leadership ability to balance strategy and operations and hold teams accountable.
• Commercial awareness to spot and support growth opportunities.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
