Senior Account Manager

About the role

As Qatar Airways expands its commercial footprint, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Doha sales team. You will own the relationship with corporate and trade customers, driving revenue while optimizing cost of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with Qatar Airways’ corporate and trade customers across the GCC.
• Develop and execute account development plans for short, medium and long‑term mutual benefits.
• Contribute to the airline’s sales strategy and recommend pricing for corporate and trade accounts.
• Prioritise premium‑cabin and high‑yield sales, ensuring budgets are met.
• Analyse QR sales data to identify tactical revenue opportunities.
• Represent Qatar Airways at trade events, promotions and familiarisation visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the airline or travel industry with a strong customer‑facing and contract‑negotiation background.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of travel and airline products and market practices, especially within the GCC.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about selling, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
