Senior Accountant – Finance Analytics & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong finance foundations and advanced data‑analytics capabilities to support our Qatar operations. The role will turn large volumes of financial and operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support to the Qatar Location Vice President and Operations Head.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and board‑ready summaries.
• Support operational reviews, business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Develop insights on project cash flows, collections, disbursements, profitability, and working capital.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field; professional qualification (CA or equivalent) preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction or Energy projects.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and operational teams.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, macros, dashboard automation).
• Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, KPI dashboards, service administration).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Premium for AI‑assisted financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience integrating data from Oracle and multiple sources.
