Senior Architect – BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect‑BIM Manager to lead BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects for our Doha office. The role combines architectural design expertise with BIM leadership to ensure high‑quality, compliant design delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows and execution plans across all projects.
• Act as the primary BIM authority for architectural disciplines, preparing BIM Execution Plans, Model Responsibility Matrices and BIM protocols.
• Oversee model coordination, clash detection and issue resolution in collaboration with structural, MEP and infrastructure teams.
• Manage architectural BIM models from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure seamless BIM integration.
• Lead, mentor and assign tasks to BIM architects and modelers, conducting internal training sessions.
• Implement QA/QC procedures for BIM models and stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s a plus).
• 10–15 years of architectural design experience with strong BIM exposure.
• Minimum 5 years as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead on medium to large‑scale projects.
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects such as residential, commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Solid understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO 19650 standards.
