About the role

The Senior Associate – Excellence and Innovation will support the development and rollout of organisation‑wide frameworks that drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. You will work closely with multiple internal functions to embed best practices and ensure sustainable change across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of innovation and excellence frameworks across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality in strategies, processes and operating models.
  • Contribute to cross‑departmental initiatives that simplify processes and strengthen service delivery.
  • Conduct structured reviews of policies and procedures to ensure consistency, clarity, compliance and alignment with approved standards.
  • Coordinate periodic assurance and review exercises to assess implementation effectiveness and pinpoint improvement areas.
  • Ensure documentation meets governance, control and record‑management requirements.
  • Provide guidance to departments on applying quality, innovation and review frameworks.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards and briefing materials to support decision‑making and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as Strategy, HR, Internal Audit, IT and Corporate Services to align initiatives.
  • Monitor performance indicators and support change‑management activities for sustainable adoption of improvements.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises to identify leading practices and recommend enhancements aligned with industry trends and regulatory standards.

Required profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Quality Management, Public Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in strategy, governance, organisational development, quality assurance or process improvement.
  • Experience in regulatory, public‑sector or complex organisational environments is desirable.
  • Exposure to innovation frameworks, quality management systems or continuous‑improvement methodologies is an advantage.

Required skills

  • Strong background in governance, policy and procedural frameworks.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, structured improvements.
