Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) seeks a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise‑scale DevOps practices and cloud automation solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high‑performing delivery pipelines for digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for multi‑environment deployments.
• Lead adoption of DevOps best practices across enterprise projects.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Implement DevSecOps controls, including security scanning, RBAC, secrets management and compliance.
• Build monitoring and observability solutions with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Manage source control, branching strategies and release management using Azure Repos or GitHub.
• Support containerised applications and Kubernetes/AKS deployments.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of DevOps experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps Services and enterprise CI/CD implementations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in Agile, Scrum or Kanban environments.
