Senior Brand Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager – F&B Hospitality Portfolio will steer the strategic and operational marketing direction for a suite of food and beverage brands. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own brand positioning, campaign performance, agency relationships, and budget stewardship across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine positioning and value proposition for each F&B brand.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and manage an integrated portfolio marketing calendar, identifying cross‑brand synergies.
• Own marketing performance across all brands, translating business targets into measurable KPIs.
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness using engagement, conversion, reservation uplift, and footfall metrics.
• Lead integrated campaign planning for seasonal launches, chef collaborations, and key calendar moments.
• Coordinate with shared services (social, PR, digital, content) and approve campaign assets.
• Manage external agency partners, providing strategic briefs and conducting performance reviews.
• Steward the portfolio’s marketing budget, planning allocation and tracking spend against performance.
• Directly manage the Marketing Specialist and evolve the team as the portfolio matures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading brand strategy for multiple food and beverage concepts.
• Strong track record in campaign performance management and demand generation.
• Experience managing external agencies and ensuring brand consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to steward marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Leadership experience, including direct management of marketing team members.
