Senior Business Developer – Qatar

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to expand our client base across Qatar and the wider GCC region. You will promote intouch’s creative digital services, build strong relationships with prospects, and drive revenue growth for the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture a strong customer base across all office locations, introducing intouch’s diverse services to targeted clients.
• Maintain the CRM with up‑to‑date sales activities and track pipeline progress.
• Identify promising prospects through cold‑calling, networking, and referrals, and set up meetings to establish rapport.
• Conduct in‑depth research on competitors’ products, pricing and market success to inform proposals.
• Prepare customized quotes and proposals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Develop and negotiate contract terms, integrating requirements with business operations.
• Close new deals, communicate terms to stakeholders and ensure smooth handover to account teams.
• Analyse sales metrics, report effectiveness to the Business Development Manager and adjust strategies as needed.
• Attend conferences, industry events and networking sessions to promote intouch’s services.
• Train and support Business Development Representatives, sharing knowledge on solutions and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, PR or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales management, advertising, media or business development, locally or internationally.
• Familiarity with the GCC market is a plus.
• Experience working in a creative agency or a company’s sales and marketing department.
